- Delivery Timeframe: Upon placing an order with The Urban Sapphire, you can expect to receive your items within 7-10 days. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, stock shortages, or other unexpected events.
- Address and Order Confirmation: Our team, as well as our trusted delivery partners, will contact you via phone for address and order confirmation. It is imperative that you answer these calls promptly to avoid any delays in the delivery process. Failure to receive the calls & confirming the address & your order may return to our warehouse without a refund. Our team will call at least twice to confirm the address and you will get the confirmation via sms.
- Address Confirmation Responsibility: We kindly request your cooperation in confirming your address accurately. Please assist our delivery partners by confirming the delivery address, ensuring a smooth and successful delivery. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the return of your order to our warehouse without a refund.
- Order Confirmation and Tracking: Upon processing your order, you will receive an SMS containing your order confirmation and a tracking link. This tracking link will enable you to monitor the progress of your shipment and stay informed about its current location.
- Undelivered and RTO’ed Orders:
Several reasons may lead to undelivered and Return to Origin (RTO) orders, including:
Pincode Not Serviceable: If your area is not serviceable, we regret that we cannot deliver to your location.
Customer Not Contactable: If our team or delivery partner is unable to reach you, no refund will be issued or guaranteed.
Incomplete Address: In the event of an incomplete address, no refund will be issued or guaranteed.
Customer Refused Delivery: If you refuse delivery, no refund will be issued or guaranteed.
Poor Weather Conditions: Unfavorable weather conditions may cause delays in the delivery schedule.
Customer-Requested Delivery Date: If a specific delivery date is requested, we will do our best to accommodate it.
Door/Premises/Office Closed: If your location is closed, you can authorize our delivery partner to leave the order with a trusted neighbor (with your consent).
